About
Wherever we are in our journey, there seems to be the many problems and struggles we faced, and often, they seem unbearable and with no clear solutions. These are the knots of our life, be it from violence, disasters, discord in our family, knots of drugs and alcoholism, loneliness, sickness, grief, or just feeling stuck, etc. - these are knots that suffocate us and prevent us from living our life to the fullest, our best self. But I want to tell you that there is hope and that hope is always alive.
I work with a variety of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and couples/family using modalities that are well researched (ei. Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Internal family systems) while open and sensitive to the integration of psychology and spirituality.
