I practice in my comfortable home. I offer in-person therapy, email advice, and telephone counseling services. My fee for weekly appointments if very low ($75). Clients consistently say they appreciate my sincerity, my caring, and my honest, direct, and clear focus on their concerns.

I don't specialize in any one area but I have much experience with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and post-traumatic stress from childhood. I will work with anyone over the age of 15.

You can learn more about me and review 150 pages of information I wrote about therapy issues at my personal web site: HelpYourselfTherapy.com.
