You have reached a point in your life where you have done all you can to help yourself, but you still find yourself needing assistance in doing so. I have an MD (no residency, and I don't prescribe), so I understand chronic illness and pain more than most people. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered, and I work with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, ADHD, multicultural issues, men's issues, and more.
