I've been helping youth, adults, and families for the past twenty years in a wide variety of contexts by coming alongside to help them better manage their mood and to develop healthier relationships with those they love, co-workers, and others. My specialization is helping clients overcome past or more recent traumatic events in their life (ie. abuse, car wrecks, life transition, etc.). I provide individual, group, or family counseling that includes EMDR, CBT, SFBT, and mindfulness. In office and Tele-counseling is available if you prefer to receive counseling at home from your computer or phone.
