Troubled by PTSD? Anxiety? If you're frustrated because you've been trying to find relief from your symptoms and have not, I'm the professional for you! I will teach you practical tools and techniques that are research-based and designed to help you quickly work through your situation. I specialize in working with adults and veterans with symptoms of PTSD, Complex PTSD, and anxiety. My clinical style is very warm, strengths-based, and collaborative. I have been licensed for 20 years and hold a doctoral and masters degree in clinical social work.
I provide the following types of therapies to help you work through PTSD and anxiety: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), STAIR for complex trauma, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness meditation.
