Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I respect the level of courage it takes to start. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship distress, betrayal, emotional disconnection, anxiety, addiction-related concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to me when they feel stuck, uncertain about their relationship, or tired of repeating the same emotional patterns. My approach is direct, engaged, and collaborative. I focus on honest reflection, emotional clarity, and practical change—not just insight. Sessions are structured, but flexible enough to meet what is happening in real time
