Often, they are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who want greater clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of freedom. They are seeking a safe place to slow down, feel understood, and explore what may be getting in the way of living more fully and honestly.
I offer individual counseling for adults who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. My approach is thoughtful, relational, and practical. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, build resilience, and develop more grounded and meaningful ways of living and relating.
