Hey everyone and welcome. I think we all deserve a safe place to deal with our baggage and our demons. I know the process of selecting & trusting someone to help you address your issues is intimidating. Therapy is confidential; so the stigma of therapy is an imaginary construct (only you and I will know). Self-love involves therapy. Living your best life involves therapy. I have served in the U. S. Marines and Army so I can truly say I’ve seen the best of the best and the worst horrors we can inflict upon one another. We heal as a team or die as individuals. We all need help as some point in life(to include me).
I've also had front line engagement with the law enforcement communities, so I’ve seen the fresh unsettling trauma of human carnage, incomprehensible violence and the silent cries that never stop.
