About
Life can be challenging, and we are not meant to travel it alone. Each of us, at times, needs another person to walk alongside us as we sort things out. I am honored to serve in this role, working with you through life's difficulties, transitions, tragedies, and triumphs. Very few challenges are insurmountable. Sometimes it just takes some added support.
I offer evidence-based intervention within a Christian frame of reference. I have received advanced training in both Trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I strive to empower clients with improved self-awareness, heightened effectiveness in their relationships, and enhanced skills in problem-solving.
