I believe in working with clients to establish a treatment focus most important in their lives. I work collaboratively with schools, physicians and other professionals as needed to address different areas of a client's life.

I specialize in family, couple, adolescent therapy. I have over 30 years experience in both individual and family therapy. I treat a wide range of issues including depression, marital problems, anxiety, behavioral problems and child-parent problems.

I believe establishing a helping relationship is the foundation of successful therapy. I use a strength-based approach to build on a client’s experience and competencies. I believe we all have a drive to be emotionally healthy. Therapy can help clients reach their goals.
