I have a passion for working with individuals who are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. We can work to lessen your symptoms and get you on track to a better life that you envision for yourself. I am interested in working with clients who are determined to regain control of their life and resolve conflicts within themselves. We will collaborate to understand the issue, develop a solution, and begin to work towards achieving each goal.
I am trained and experienced in CPT for PTSD and ACT for Depression. I have worked with military veterans who have experienced significant combat-related, sexual, and childhood trauma. I work to help my clients understand how their experiences have impacted their lives and motivate them to live more in line with their personal values and specific goals.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
