Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic stress, relationship issues, or disorganized eating. They long to feel grounded, safe, and more at ease in their daily lives. I help people who want to reconnect with themselves, heal from painful experiences, and build resilience. My clients often seek not only relief from distress but also a deeper sense of balance, authenticity, and connection in their relationships and within their own bodies. Together, we focus on easing burdens, restoring calm, and building strength.
I integrate talk therapy with somatic, dietetic, and mindfulness-based approaches to calm the nervous system and release the weight of stress and trauma. With 16 years of experience and a background as an Air Force veteran and military spouse, I offer collaborative, compassionate care tailored to your goals and grounded in real-world understanding.
