Hi, I'm Melissa, I use creative modalities in therapy to encourage healthy expression, problem solving and inspire during times of confusion, stress, or emotional distress. This approach supports developmental transitions, grief, academic challenges, family dysfunction, and attachment injuries. Whether dealing with abuse, relationship conflict, or burnout, the focus is on providing non-judgmental support and addressing difficult family dynamics or negative patterns.
