Together, we’ll safely explore childhood wounds, improve relationships, and reduce the need to rely on substances—so you can live with more clarity, connection, and peace. Statewide telehealth and walk and talk therapy.
Together, we’ll explore how early relationships shaped how you see yourself and others. We'll work to uncover the beliefs you carry about your worth, safety, and lovability—and how they show up in your adult life. With compassion, structure, and evidence-based tools, I’ll help you build the capacity to feel and heal through connection and curiosity.
