My name is Tonia Garnett, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, offering telehealth therapy to women experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and relationship issues. I start where you are. Talk and movement can help—processing experiences and emotions and learning to self-regulate utilizing mindfulness, possibly looking back at childhood trauma, and identifying beginnings that could lead to new endings. I've been where you are. I experienced trauma that had me stuck beyond my own understanding.
There are times in our lives when we feel like everything we've experienced comes back. You held it together for your family, friends, and job, but you're tired. You find yourself coming in and out of depression, having a hard time in relationships, and just don't feel like yourself. Allow help.
