I blend talk therapy with body-based tools like breathing and grounding, because real change doesn't only happen through insight, your body needs to feel it too. No single method works for everyone, so I meet you where you are, not fit you into one way of working. It takes courage to start therapy, and I try to meet that with warmth and curiosity.
