Anyone can get "stuck" once in a while. Stuck on worries that won't ease up, actions that are unproductive or harmful, symptoms that are distracting (or worse), or situations that keep them from moving forward. I can work with you to help you get "unstuck." I work with adults who are seeking help for a variety of reasons, from those struggling with temporary setbacks to those with more persistent and severe mental health needs.
I have helped clients with a wide range of presenting problems, including depression, anxiety, OCD, borderline personality disorder, substance use, and more. I work with clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and needs and use focused, research-supported techniques to help each client achieve those goals.
I believe that you can work toward changing the things you want to change, while simultaneously learning to accept yourself where you are. I believe that you can develop hope for the future, while learning to have compassion for yourself in the present.
