Groups
Adoption Group
This is a small, closed group for adult adopted women. We meet every other week via zoom. I bring attachment/adoption focused topics and material that I have gathered in my ten years as a mental health counselor working with adopted clients. More importantly group members share their experience, questions, insights and needs and offer each other support and understanding.

Adoptive Mothers Group
This online group is for adoptive mothers. This group is for women that are about to adopt a child, raising an adopted child/children or have adopted children that are now grown. In my experience working with adopted kids I have found that mothers often bear the brunt of the attachment wound. This often goes unrecognized and unsupported. This group will offer space to share and connect with and support others. I will also offer psychoeducation and coaching as to how to manage your own needs and best support the needs of your adopted child/children.

Skills and Support Group
This online group is designed to teach coping skills to support adults in navigating life's challenges. Skills I offer are based on CBT, DB and mindfulness based practices. There is also space to check-in about stress and how the skills we are learning are working or not working. This is a 6 week group with specific learning modules.
