About
I believe that healing occurs within the context of a relationship. Through a trusting, therapeutic relationship, one is given the opportunity to see things in a different light. My goal, as a therapist, is to help people identify what they would like to change in their lives and how to work toward this change.
I work with individuals of all ages, on a wide range of mental health and relational concerns. My specialties include working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-harm; those who are in recovery from an eating disorder; and those who compulsively overeat, emotionally eat, or binge eat.
I conduct extensive psychological testing evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, to identify potential learning disabilities, attention or memory problems, or social-emotional difficulties. This type of testing can help provide more appropriate and individualized recommendations for treatment, home, school/college, or work.
