Sometimes life throws a curveball that wasn't anticipated, is difficult to handle, or that just seems unfair. Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but while we can’t always control circumstances, we can choose our responses. Developing skills like mindful self-talk, reframing perspectives, seeking support, practicing self-care, and fostering gratitude helps build resilience. These choices don’t erase difficulties but enable us to navigate them in ways that nurture growth and a meaningful life.

I specialize in relationships within self, with others, and God and lead a team with specialized training to work across lifespans and cultures who integrate Judeo-Christian theology with psychological principles for clients who desire this approach. Our goal is to meet each client with an attitude of unconditional positive regard, grace, and respect.

We with individuals, couples, and families to bring healing and harmony to difficult relationships and strengthen strong ones. Some of our therapists are English/Spanish bilingual.
