As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional my work integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, somatic approaches, CBT, and Internal Family Systems. I tailor therapy to each individual, honoring their unique story, strengths, and goals. Therapy with me is a space to feel heard, develop self-compassion, and move toward meaningful and last change.
I believe healing happens through feeling seen and heard. I work at each client’s pace to foster a sense of safety and trust, while building tools for emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience.
