Accepting new clients in person sessions & teletherapy. It is challenging to seek help when pain and mental health symptoms become overwhelming. Often times we feel alone and misunderstood. I hope to provide you with support and be apart of your journey. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to help you create change in your life. I will work with you to develop safe coping skills and improve your relationships in a safe therapeutic environment. I practice from an accepting, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive approach. We will collaborate an individualized treatment plan and goals to help you get the most out of therapy.
I specialize with LGBTQ+ community. I work with clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, various mental health conditions and Suicidal Ideation management. I provide individual therapy and utilize several different methods of therapy to help clients gain skills, support, and resources to improve overall quality of life.
I offer reduced fees for clients who may not be able afford therapy or do not have insurance. I am here to support you in your healing process.
