Healthy Boundaries
Next boundaries session starting 9/10/24. The Boundaries group is divided into three parts. Each part has 8 sessions. Over the course of the first 8 sessions, group members will learn about how to define a boundary, what to expect when practicing healthy boundaries, some skills needed to incorporate healthy boundaries, problems that can lead to struggles with boundaries, and problems that occur when we struggle with setting healthy boundaries. This will be a support and psychoeducation group with a combination of structured lesson time, discussion and use of appropriate activities.

If you find yourself exhausted after days, weeks, months, or a lifetime of basing your mood on the behaviors of other people and/or the events that occur from one moment to the next, this group is for you. It will help you to feel more balanced when it comes to your emotions and interact more fully in your relationships and daily interactions with yourself and others.
