I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist who provides support and counseling to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. I use a person-centered approach which allows my clients to have a safe space to feel heard and empowered to take ownership of their mental well-being. I typically work with clients aged 18y/o and up who are diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, adjustment disorder, and schizophrenia. I also provide support for clients experiencing grief and stress.
Providing a safe space for clients, I aim to provide an inviting environment that is calm, warm, supportive, authentic, and assertive so clients feel comfortable sharing information. Clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported in their goals when working with me.
