Welcome! I can support children, teenagers & adults with PTSD, anxiety & depression along w/couples who want to be on the same page. I have unique experience with the active & veteran military population & medical personnel. Because I am of Southeast Asian descent, I believe culture is an important layer to our identity.

My philosophy is that therapy is a collaborative approach. My plan is to work with you to unearth your stressors because trust in our relationship is foundational for growth & healing to take place. I can support you through difficult life transitions & help you draw healthy boundaries while we journey along your path of self-discovery.

I am kind, warm & can provide a space for you to be seen. My therapeutic style is to be flexible & reflective, and direct & honest when you need it. Also, I’m not afraid to cry & laugh with you :)
