I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship patterns—especially when life looks “together” on the outside but feels overwhelming or unsustainable underneath. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet find themselves stuck in cycles like overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and attachment-based work. In our sessions, we’ll look at both the deeper patterns shaping your experiences and the practical strategies that help you feel better day-to-day.
Clients often come to therapy wanting relief from constant stress or mental overload. Over time, they develop a clearer understanding of themselves, stronger boundaries, and the ability to respond to challenges with more focus and confidence.
