From a Deep Well is a men’s group for men who are carrying real responsibility and beginning to feel the quiet cost of always being the steady one. Many men don’t fall apart. They stay functional. They provide. Over time, endurance turns into obligation, distance, and a thinning inner life. This group is not about motivation or self-improvement. It focuses on grounded stewardship—clarifying what is yours to carry, expressing limits without withdrawing, and becoming more present in your life and family. This is a 6-week closed group for stable, reflective men. Screening required.
