Depression can feel isolating and relentless, but healing is possible. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help adults (18 and older) overcome depression, trauma, and anger especially when these struggles stem from domestic or family violence. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can begin to rebuild their emotional and spiritual strength.
I hold a PhD in Clinical Christian Psychology and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a focus on Christian Domestic Violence Intervention Therapy. My clinical work draws from both evidence-based interventions and faith-integrated approaches to meet clients where they are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
In addition to individual counseling, I provide marriage and family therapy for couples and families facing relational conflict or recovery after trauma. I also have a heart for spiritual leaders and clergy who often carry heavy burdens while caring for others.
