Hello, I'm Tommy Estes! I'm a LPC and an Army Veteran who understands what it's like to struggle with life. But, I have learned that there are tools to help us process and heal from our traumatic past. By using EMDR or the Bowen Family Systems Theory, I will join you in unraveling the roots of long lasting patterns that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling and meaningful life. Our process will begin gently and each new insight will help us move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to walk with you in your healing journey until you meet your goals.

I have helped many families, couples, teens and individuals who suffer from stress, anger issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, strained relationships and chronic pain. My clients gain better understandings of themselves and learn to positively cope with current issues, allowing them to function with compassion and confidence in their lives.
