Hi, I’m Tommy. I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 14 years of experience supporting adults through all kinds of life challenges. I see therapy as a chance to slow down, take a breath, and make sense of what’s going on—so you can move forward feeling more grounded and clear. I work with adults of all ages and specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also have a lot of experience working with college students, student-athletes, expecting moms, and people going through major life changes. No matter where you are in your journey, I offer a warm, relaxed space where you can show up just as you are.

I have lots of experience working with college students, student athletes, adults and expecting moms. I also provide clinical supervision for those that are in the process of becoming therapists.

I understand that individuals struggle in certain seasons and that life sometimes gets messy. In this journey of life we sometimes just need to step out and stretch ourselves. I consider therapy as the rest stop to get restoration and healing!
