Greetings! I am Tommy. I have been married to my lovely wife for 25 years, I am the father of 3 young adult women and the proud YOUNG grandpa of 3 boys! :) I have spent the last 10 years as a trauma informed therapist in multiple settings and prior to that worked in the social work/child welfare field. I enjoy empowering young adults, individuals and couples. I see life as a journey and see therapy as a break to rest, recharge and refuel so that the journey may continue despite the bumps along the way. I utilize a non-judgmental approach to help young and older adults navigate the complexities and stress of life!
I work with adults in all seasons of their life! I specialize in anxiety, depression and trauma therapy. I have lots of experience working with college students and adults. I work with expecting moms. I also enjoy working with couples as well as provide clinical supervision for those that are in the process of becoming therapists.
I understand that individuals, couples and college students struggle in certain seasons and that life sometimes gets messy. In this journey of life we sometimes just need to step out and stretch ourselves. I consider therapy as the rest stop to get restoration and healing!
