I offer a comfortable, confidential, and respectful space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through this, you will gain a better understanding of what colors your perceptions, decision-making and choices. We can also assess for satisfaction in how you are spending your time and how you are investing, or not, in your relationships.
My clinical experience is in the treatment of depression and anxiety; fractured relationships and attachment; trauma and grief; uncertainty and shame; and substance misuse. I enjoy working with people in their late teens (18+), twenties, thirties, and beyond. As an Art Therapist, we can also use art when you're not sure how to put the issues into words.
