I specialize in EMDR. therapy. I also work with clients who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and more. I have training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder. I also have experience with working closely with clients who have experienced traumatic births as well as birth workers and medical providers who witness traumatic births. I have attended over 30 births as a birth doula and I understand the process of birth for parents and providers.
I have a passion for working helping people work through personal concerns & blocks. I especially enjoy working with women during pregnancy & in the early parenting years. I have worked with many moms who are struggling with addiction. I also have experience in forensic psychology & work with women during & after incarceration.
I have successfully helped people reach their goals by learning to let go of some things that may be bothering them from the present or past. I am also trained in EMDR & PCIT. In addition I have training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder. I utilize those skills to help adults to work through target areas.
