He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Jackson State University and later obtained his Master of Arts in Community Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. During his academic journey, Tomias was inducted into the Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society, recognizing his excellence in counseling scholarship, professionalism, and service.
His areas of expertise include trauma, substance abuse, grief, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, and borderline personality disorder, with a strong emphasis on overall mental health and wellness.
