I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about helping clients learn new skills while fostering a safe environment for growth. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, effective communication, relational conflict, and major life transitions. I completed my Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University-Atlanta. As a Nigerian-born counselor, I have ample experience navigating cultural adjustment and its stressors.
This, coupled with my professional experience, enables me to provide guidance tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances. I use multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
