I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 17 years of experience helping clients of all ages who are suffering from issues related to anxiety, depression, attachment or adjustment deficits, verbal, physical, or sexual abuse, low self-esteem, and more.
I pride myself on offering individualized care, thanks to an eclectic counseling approach that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solutions-focused therapy, and more.
