Hello! I’m Tommy, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating life’s challenges. I aim to meet clients where they are, using an approach that helps them feel engaged, heard, and supported throughout the process. In our one-on-one work, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring and expressing their experiences. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I work with clients to develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. At the same time, I adapt my approach to meet each client’s needs, understanding that each client is different.
