Let this be the moment you commit to changing your life — to resolve your emotional and real life issues and blocks, express your positive traits and develop new traits, and start manifesting the life you want. I have gone through my version of the healing journey; my issues were—addiction, depression, trauma, loss, and performance blocks — and as I moved passed my issues, I flourished. It is my privilege to assist others with their personal, social, spiritual and career concerns. I specialize in working with substance and behavioral addictions and codependency, sports and performance issues, relationships, and spiritual struggles.
I use traditional approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, Positive Psychology, strategic, and spiritual. I also use two very effective approaches: The Play Zone, a science-backed approach that uses body awareness to manage pressure and stress, and Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that assists your brain and body in resolving and evolving any issue.
I have been in recovery since 1985 and authored two books, "Thriving Beyond Addiction" and "Beyond Peak Performance" (1/25), which focuses on athletes. I offer outside-of-session tasks for maximum effectiveness and the "Game Day Approach" program to guide you to perform your best in competitions. Sliding scale available. Not On Insurance Panels.
