Using trauma-informed practices, I work with individuals ready to find lasting change in their lives. Special areas of interest include LGBT+ issues, navigating university, exploring spiritual identity, and healing from trauma.
Drawing from humanistic and relational approaches, I aim to provide a warm and trusting relationship where you feel comfortable to explore your inner world, wrestle with life's challenges, and build on your strengths. As an individual within the LGBT+ community, I bring lived experience allowing me to empathize with those within marginalized communities.
