I've been a licensed clinical social worker for over seventeen years and my approach to helping people is holistic and I mostly work through the lens of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My specialties are in the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and trauma for teens, young adults and adults.
