My work is experiential, practical and relationally focused. With couples, I use proven methods that help you communicate better, rebuilding trust and intimacy to feel more connected. I offer customized Couple's Retreats. For individuals, I help with self discovery, anxiety and stress, and addictions—I’m VA certified in a structured approach for PTSD (CPT).
