We exist in a web of relationships. Learning about ourselves requires exploring these relationships, whether they have been positive or negative or, often, some mixture of both. These relationships contribute to the many parts of ourselves. Critical to the work is getting to know these parts and how they impact our behavior.
I have been working as a therapist for children, adults, and families for 16 years. The bond between a therapist and client(s) is critical to creating a foundation for the work.
