Accepting new clients (9am-3pm updated 2/22/26). I have been working with adults, adolescents and their families for the past ten years. Prior to that I worked for three years at an outpatient level with adults, family's and couples. I enjoy working with all types of clients and delving into family history as to what the root cause of the problem is and how to assist clients to come to a resolution of the origins of their problem and how it effects them today both personally and in their intimate relationships
Therapy can be an intimidating process and my initial goal is to make my clients comfortable in their first session. I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential for change and encourage people to try multiple therapists until they feel someone is the right fit. For those who are versed in the Meyers-Briggs personality, I am an INFJ
I have office hours Tuesday through Friday in South Windsor (Tuesday and Thursday in person available). I accept Anthem, Husky, Aetna United Behavioral Health, Medicare and Cigna insurance as well as self-pay and currently do not have evening availability. Email contact preferred
