I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed marriage and family therapist. I began in this field about 30 years ago. My experience includes working in psychiatric inpatient and outpatient facilities as well as private practice. Primarily I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life situations, and relationships. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Other appropriate therapies I employ are meditation, mindfulness, and humanistic psychology. Support is provided in an understanding, respectful and caring office setting as we work together toward your goals.
My belief is that each of us holds the answers to our problems and together we can collaborate to create the change that is needed to meet your needs. Having been successful in Corporate America for 18 years prior to becoming a therapist I understand real world problems. Whatever life issues arise for you, I can be most helpful in creating change.
