I have 30+ yrs. exp specializing in alcohol/drug abuse, anger, depression, anxiety, men and teen issues. My motivational style has evolved from my varied experiences as a counselor, football coach (20+ yrs.) and Dad.
My goal is to help you normalize your situation/issues to ease some of the guilt/uncomfortable feelings you are experiencing so we can set a plan of attack to get you on the road to getting better. I'll be active during our sessions asking questions, teaching new skills, coaching you & encouraging you. Your comfort level & trust in our meetings is critical.
As a School Counselor for 26 yrs. I specialized in bullying investigations and mental health crises. I presently provide free counseling for NJ college students through Uwill Mental Health and Wellness.
