During times of stress or uncertainty, I support clients in finding stability, grounding, and renewed connection with themselves.
I have experience helping adults with addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, and relationship challenges. Clients often describe developing self-compassion and unlearning long-held narratives about themselves as among the most meaningful parts of our work.
I view the mind, body, and life circumstances as deeply interconnected. My integrative approach draws from mindfulness, insight-oriented and parts-based work, emotion regulation skills, and psychoeducation. Together, we focus on emotional awareness, practical tools, and building internal resources that support lasting change.
There are times in our lives where the challenges we face can be overwhelming—we may feel despair or hopelessness, or may discover unmanageable behaviors or emotions. It is my goal to help individuals return from unmanageable to manageable, from despairing to hopeful, and from overwhelmed to peace-filled, from a divided-self to integrated.
