I bring over 25 years of clinical experience to this work providing evidence-based care, infused with dignity and respect, that honors the strengths and resilience of individuals. I am also trained as a yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor, so working with adults and adolescents (14+ years old) I provide psychotherapy within a compassionate, holistic and integrated model of care.
