I’m a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst whose path to clinical work followed a long chapter in global leadership. Before this life, I spent decades leading teams across cultures—including as a CEO based in China—navigating complexity, ambition, and identity in high-stakes environments. Over time, though, I began to feel a dissonance between outer success and inner meaning. That shift led me to this work.
Today, I help adults explore the space between who they are and who they think they need to be. I work with people navigating identity, ambition, relationships, self-worth, and belonging—especially in moments of transition or pressure. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, immigrants, or creatives, but the common thread is a desire to move beyond performance
