I am a level II licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor and qualified clinical supervisor. I offer a variety of video counseling services to include alcohol & drug assessment, substance abuse counseling, and a unique approach for managing anxiety. Working closely with physicians who prescribe Suboxone, we provide one of TN's premier outpatient options for opiate addiction. Substance abuse and unhealthy anxiety are confusing and complex conditions. I know this from personal experience. I have been there. However, recovery and emotional well-being are achievable and sustainable.
Prior to opening my private practice in 2012, I had spent 18 years as a program coordinator and counselor at one of Nashville's oldest and most established substance abuse treatment centers. Over the last 28 years, I have helped thousands of individuals and families recover from alcohol & drug addiction and co-occurring unhealthy anxiety.
