My approach encourages an exploration of what may be causing impediments to living a more fulfilling life, and to discover and understand the patterns in order to make more deliberate and conscious choices. I also focus on gaining new and more flexible coping skills,aimed at enhancing personal satisfaction.
I am a clinical social worker with extensive experience with individuals ,couples and families, both non traditional and traditional.My approach is informed by the Family Systems model, which encourages an exploration of the roles, patterns, conflicts in one's family of origin and how they continue to affect you.
