Our Transitional Outpatient Services provide relevant counseling to individuals and families; and one-on-one personal mentoring to aid clients transitioning from treatment into recovery. We also provide ongoing remote recovery coaching that provides clients enhanced support developing accountability in their transition period into an early recovery lifestyle. Ongoing support that comes from counseling, outpatient services and 12-step programs, sometimes isn't enough to make a thorough transition. It is hard to create relevance in treatment.
For those that may require an opportunity to interrupt the pathological preoccupation of use, a brief period of stabilization, or detox, followed by outpatient counseling, may provide another hopeful option for transition from addiction to a recovering lifestyle.
Developing life skills for the newly sober can have it's challenges. Especially when the seemingly smallest detail is minimized, that can lead to a bigger consequence. Empathic support with clinical understanding is vital in this transition period. Let's talk about how it can work for you.
